Welcome to Blueline Pressure Washing & Outdoor Services! My name is Jordan Caldwell. Before founding the premier exterior cleaning business in the Tri-Cities, I dedicated approximately seven years to law enforcement, with five years in Kingsport and two in Johnson City. The name “Blueline” pays homage to my law enforcement background. During my time in law enforcement, I saw many friends transition to entrepreneurship.

I often assisted them on my days off, discovering a passion for business ownership. Though I loved my work, formed incredible friendships, and learned invaluable life lessons, my faith inspired me to pursue a new path. After much prayer and support from those around me, I made the leap into the power washing industry and have never looked back. I’ve had an absolute blast ever since (pun intended)!

Having called the Tri-Cities home since 2007, I understand the value of our community. As an Army brat, my family moved frequently before settling back here, where my parents grew up. There’s no place I’d rather call home. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three beautiful children: Bentley, Paisley, and Kayson. What better way to give back to this area than by enhancing its beauty, one property at a time? My drive to make a difference led me to law enforcement, and that same desire fuels my commitment to property management and restoration.
